My client, a large investment bank is seeking to hire a C# .NET Developer working on different projects to help develop and support their business-critical applications.

This role would suit someone with 2 - 3+ years' experience as a C# .NET Developer. Oracle & SQL database experience (SQL Server - T-SQL/ PL/SQL). Windows Application Development.

Role:

• Using C#.NET with both Oracle and SQL databases, you will be required to design applications, understand business requirements, data analysis, supporting users and preparing documents
• Defining database objects required in systems
• Interactions with the SQL and Oracle Database Administrators
• Database query languages, i.e., T-SQL (SQL Server) and PL/SQL (Oracle) so that data analysis can be performed
• Liaise with other application support team staff across London and New York
• Unit testing, Quality Assurance (QA), Implementation, Production and Disaster Recovery supporting users and preparing documents

Key Skills:

• BSc Computer Science or STEM
• C#.NET
• Understanding of Object - Orientated Programming Concepts
• Windows Application Development
• Data Analysis Using SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL) and Oracle
• Setting up a system distribution method for Citrix and application servers for both Web and Window applications

Please note this role requires relevant sector experience: Financial Services, Investment Banking, Insurance, Professional services.

Rate: £330 - £350 p/d (Inside IR35)

Length: 6 Months
