Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading medical device company, for the position of Channel Manager., based in Bangkok.

The Channel Manager (Medical device) will lead the channel structure development by working closely with the product-line sales & marketing team in building a distribution culture and controlling business risks to meet compliance requirements. This position will be based in Bangkok.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct channel structure development while tracking the channel performance and formulating the improvement plan.
• Assist product-line sales & marketing team in market analysis, channel database construction, channel segmentation, and network mapping.
• Supporting in formulating the local channel development and management plan by combining with HQ product-line channel policies.
• Manage channel recruitment and withdrawal.
• Set up the process KPI and conduct classified management to different channels.
• To build a distribution culture, and conduct market order investigations.
• Identify and control business risks and meet compliance requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in sales & marketing/channel management in the medical device field.
• Team leader experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and the local Thai language.
• Be able to travel due to business requirements
