Project Name:
Electrical Characterization and Verification of High Voltage Semiconductor Products

Description of Services:
-Execute Characterization and Verification tasks for high power and high voltage products in characterization laboratory benches within the IFX labs. Execute electrical measurements on high voltage semiconductor products (IGBTs, Diodes, SiC MOSFETS), result and data assessment.
-Various development and customer measurements are to be carried out on new SICMOS/IGBT and diode technologies. This task requires experience in the verification of power semiconductor components and electrical engineering required.
-Independent implementation of development-accompanying measurements on new SicMosfets
-Independent assessment and verification of the measurement results with regard to quality requirements
-Analysis of the measured data for correctness and completeness
-Evaluation of the results with various software and creation of a report
-Responsibility for the flawless functionality of the test benches --> preventive maintenance
-Analysis of the test stands with, if necessary, subsequent repair of the laboratory equipment
-Compliance and continuous improvement of IATF 16949 processes within the laboratory
-Delivery reliability to the customer and compliance with quality guidelines within the laboratory

Deliverables and Results:
-Characterization and Verification measurements with evaluated results
-Completely independent performance of measurements on newly developed IGBT/SICMOSFET/diode components according to the laboratory manual within the specified timeline and the previously defined work results

Requirements:
-Know-how and experience in: electrical measurement techniques, lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, ...) operation and usage, typical lab software tools usage, like labview.

Professional Background & Experience:
-Working and conduction electrical measurements on semiconductors or similar devices.
