The Financial Controller will assists the company for all finance matter pertaining to the preparation for the IPO process. He will be the liaison with the investment bankers to chart the strategy for the IPO process. Post IPO, he will be the person who spearhead the Corporate Finance team to strategize the corporate development and maintaining the investor relation matter.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists the company towards the IPO process. Including charting the strategy for IPO and post-IPO operation.

  • Prepared feasibility studies for business developments projects such as acquisition of land banks, businesses merger and acquisition and target markets.

  • To formulate short and long-term financial goals to include financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, asses the Group financial viability of potential projects, merger and acquisition due diligence/acquisition valuation analysis for the IPO requirement.

  • Prepared Group's financial forecast and cash flow projections. Designed equity /debt funding strategies to raise fund for the development projects and arranging banking facilities. Able to conduct financial modelling and valuation and can have detailed discussions with equity research analysts.

  • To advise the MD for the risk management and ESG matter for the Group of companies.

  • To formulate a policy pertaining to the investor relation matter and advise the Board for any operation under adverse situation.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
    Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance or Accounting or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years work experience with at least 5 years of experience as team lead

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

  • Possess strong project management, planning and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook etc.

  • Possess adept understanding and strong analytical aptitude in accounting, finance, and tax cycle
