Chief Marketing Officer


Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a professional online gaming company in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will manage all marketing operations, assess and improve existing initiatives and devise new strategies to increase revenue. This role requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to President.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing team through excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Tailor marketing strategies to complement the organization's objectives
  • Maintain and share vast knowledge of current marketing trends
  • Plan, implement and oversee all marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with sales and public relations teams to align objectives
  • Grow and develop the in-house marketing team
  • Build a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioning
  • Contribute to new business development initiatives
  • Budget management
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
  • More than 8 years' proven experience in a marketing manager or business development role
  • Master's degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressur
  • Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issue
  • Willingness to support the needs of other departments if necessar
  • Ability to work in a close-knit team setting
