Our highly respected client is seeking a Chief Operation Officer with at least 10 years' experience in managing multiple branches & operation. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, corporate alliances).
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field
- Proven work experience in operation management/branch expanding for financial services companies/banking/consumer finances.
- Excellent knowledge of retail banking/consumer finance in personal loan is preferable
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong ethical behavior and the ability to work with sensitive financial information
