Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Fashion Luxury Goods Company in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Client Development Manager. The job to based in Jakarta.

Job Description:

  • Be client-centric, understand the market/business, and drive strategies to strengthen engagement and grow local clients.
  • Engage, support, and collaborate with the retail team, in planning and executing all client actions.
  • Experiences in market/client segmentation to curate the best arrangement for each type of client.
  • Expand client base (in-store and online) and groom the sales potential of the active client, especially top clients and high-end businesses.
  • Elevate overall client experience through the seamless support of the Client Service Center.
  • Ensure all clienteling actions are carried out with the highest level of sophistication.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree holder.
  • Minimum three years experience in CDM management, preferably in luxury market.
  • A Resourceful, outgoing, good networking skill, and understand the context of luxury clienteling.
  • Client centric possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinker.
  • Great in planning, organizing project, fast, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application, excel .
  • Fluent in English written and verbal
