Responsibilities
- Prepare work programs and annual budgets as well as annual capital expenditures / capex in sales, public relations & customer relations and front office.
- Carry out monitoring of the implementation of work programs and annual budgets as well as annual capital expenditures / capex in sales, public relations & customer relations and front office
- Analyze competitor profiles, compare products and hospital sales prices with competitors
- Create and market superior hospital service products to third parties and the community
- Make modifications to superior products and increase the competitiveness of sales of hospital service products
- Perform performance evaluation
- Make policies on sales functions and services, public relations & customer relations and hospital front offices that are integrated with other hospital services
- Prepare a plan for manpower requirements, both in terms of quantity and quality of competency
- Make development plans through formal and informal training according to the needs of the Hospital
- Participated in coordination meetings with Directors and BOD meetings
- Participate in coordination meetings with related Division Heads
- Report on the implementation of sales service activities, public relations & customer relations and front office, to the Director
- Monitor and analyze the utility of hospital services as a result of the implementation of work programs and sales budgets, public relations & customer relations and front office
- Supervise and control the functions and services of sales, public relations & customer relations and the front office as a whole
- Conduct staff performance appraisals
- Provide advice to the Director, relating to the functions and services of sales, public relations & customer relations and front office
- Play an active role in the implementation of the SPO
- Signing letters / documents - documents that are the limits of authority
- Conducting training for sales department staff, public relations & customer relations, and front office
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine Profession + Master of Management / Master of Hospital Administration.
- Experience min 5 years in medical services, min. 3 years at the managerial level.
- Have a certificate of Quality and Leadership training
- Have a Sales, Public Relations / Customer Relations training certificate
- Able to operate computer and internet
- Have STR and SIP/SIK for medical and nursing professional staff
- Have the ability to speak English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
