Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager. The job is based in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep commercial expertise across one or more regions, business units, markets, sales processes, and/or customer groups
- Apply previous experience and commercial knowledge to execute strategic imperatives and deliver desired outcomes
- Collaborate with sales managers, field sales personnel, and sales enablement leaders to assess and establish the gold standard in functional processes using Lean methodology
- Assist in introducing new concepts and processes for strategic initiatives and lead deployments and initiatives across regions using communication skills and expertise
- Define, measure, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance processes and the value of digital tools
- Provide process and voice of customer (VoC) insights and take defined actions based on interactions with field end-users and interpretation of data
- Utilize available reporting stacks such as Salesforce.com and Einstein Analytics to design and use reports and dashboards that provide commercial intelligence and insights
- Serve as a key subject matter expert for how the business employs commercial tools that fall under your purview
Qualifications:
- Having 5+ years of experience in Sales & Commercial Excellence, preferably from Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a business administration related computer field
- Experience working with a field sales force and/or with Commercial processes
- Excellent problem solving/analytical capabilities
