- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the commercial team, setting performance targets and providing guidance.

- Proven 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership especially within the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales strategy development and implementation.
