Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and manage the commercial team, setting performance targets and providing guidance.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and enhance the company's visibility.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting on sales data, revenue projections, and budget management.
Requirements:
- Proven 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership especially within the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales strategy development and implementation.
