Our respected client is currently seeking for a Commercial Medical Affairs Lead. This well-established company is based in Taguig, Philippines and currently offers a hybrid or WFH set up.
The key responsibility of the Commercial Medical Affairs Lead is to connect medical knowledge with commercial strategy, serving as a crucial link between the two. This position requires a licensed medical doctor with a comprehensive grasp of brand goals and the capability to incorporate medical insights into commercial plans.
The individual who excels in this role will take charge of generating, refining, and proposing medical content that harmonizes with brand objectives. Additionally, they will be tasked with upholding the company's influential standing within the medical community, all while achieving commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to comprehend brand objectives and commercial targets.
- Generate medical content that aligns with brand strategy and resonates with the intended audience.
- Ensure the precision, scientific rigor, and compliance of medical content with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with commercial teams to incorporate medical insights into the broader commercial strategy.
- Offer strategic input on product positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
- Identify opportunities to amplify the commercial impact of medical affairs initiatives.
- Represent the company as a medical expert at industry events.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging scientific developments.
- Work collaboratively with the commercial team to seamlessly integrate medical affairs initiatives into commercial activities.
- Provide training and support to commercial teams, enhancing their understanding of medical aspects related to products.
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid medical license.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategy and brand objectives.
- Previous experience in medical affairs, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines governing medical communications in the Philippines
