Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading National Engineering & Construction company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10-15 years' experience in Infrastructure project for the job of Construction Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Director
- Provide leadership to the Engineering and Construction team
- Hands-on in project delivery (Building and Infrastructure project)
- Do preparation and monitor in project and engineering in the project,
- Monitor and review the building and infrastructure project and timeline on the field
- Overlooking day-to-day in engineering and construction team
- Develop solutions, strategies, and assessment of current field project impact to ensure timeline and target still achievable, in line with the company's strategy
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant Building and Infrastructure Project
- At least 10 years' experience working as a Project or Operation Manager and leading the engineering teams
- Must have a background in working within the Building and Infrastructure Project of the construction industry
- Experience within an international consultancy organization preferable
- Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized
- Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary activities and in intercultural environments
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining external relationships at senior levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks and influence outcomes at many levels in an organization
- Excellent project management skills - with the ability to identify critical path issues and develop solutions to keep a program on track
- Solid leadership skills, mentoring, and coaching
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience
