Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading local conglomerate provider of high-quality household electronic equipment and home appliance. Our respected client is looking for a driven and creative professional for Corporate Communication Head who has been in the Consumer electronics, Marketing agency that partners with F&B Industry with at least 5 years of corporate communication or marketing communication experience. The job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish market vision & merchandising line plan for the brand in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders; influence and drive consensus on all short and long-range brand and market strategies and objectives for the downstream business.
  • Bring customer & market perspectives to the design event and partnership. Thoroughly understands the different brand's target customers by tracking attitudes and lifestyle trends.
  • Ability to apply trend forecast & influence during the development process using both market information & brand filters.
  • Ensure successful implementation of brand and event strategies by providing direction to design & technical teams, and collaborating with the sales team.
  • Manage & collaborate on marketing strategies, partnership, culinarian, campaign, event, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Having minimum experience of 5 years in Corporate communication and marketing communication while holding a minimum bachelor's degree in communication, or any related field.
  • Strong marketing strategic sense with proven experience in driving team assortments and conceiving marketing communication that could drive business.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, creative innovation, and organizational skills.
  • High level of analytical skills and conceptual creative ability.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
