Job Summary:

As Corporate Finance Manager, you are mainly in charge of financial planning and analysis to support the CFO in making strategic decision as well as giving valuable inputs to steer business to right direction. You also stay on top of the company's financial health, making report transparent to employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Business Program Development
  • Capital expenditures & allocation Evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Relations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and operational results and provide insights and recommendations to drive improvements in business and financial performance
  • Participates in the development of business plans and programs
  • Supports the CFO in the creation and implementation of strategic financial plans
  • Works with the business to optimize business performance
  • Evaluates capital expenditures, investment activities and capital allocation
  • Presents business and financial reports to colleagues across all business units to increase financial transparency in management reporting and business line performance reporting
  • Provides business and financial inputs to steer business decisions in the right direction
  • Analyse and make recommendations on the appropriate capital structure
  • Identifies key financial and business risks and develop risk management processes
  • Reviews the competitive and market landscape to glean insights
  • Initiates, leads and manages improvement and change programs to improve the Finance function
  • Prepares presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-year experience in reputable companies
  • Preferably with real estate industry experience
  • Experience in companies with significant foreign ownership
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills required
  • Detailed, hands-on and thorough
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Able to prepare good PowerPoint presentations
