Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the automotive industry. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least (10) years experience in Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance is required for the position of Corporate Legal Affairs Manager. The job is based in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Job Summary:

Corporate Legal Affairs Manager will be responsible for implementing the legal affairs of the company relating to contracts, compliance, dispute, Intellectual property, data privacy & corporate housekeeping. Responsible for company Corporate Governance Compliance promotion as company secretariat & for the monitoring of company Corporate Governance operations for proactive interaction with different divisions.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Duties include drafting and reviewing contracts, searching for relevant regulatory documents, and providing legal advice to company management. This job requires leadership skills, strong negotiating skills, and excellent communication skills.
* Ensures effective management of legal and contractual risks, providing legal advisory services, and managing the Legal Department effectively and efficiently.
* Provides legal advice and opinions.
* Transaction support, including in relation to contracting and compliance.
* Helping the organisation understand legislative and regulatory change that may impact its business model and operations.
* Guides other departments by interpreting legal policies and gives recommendations to operational issues

* Graduate of Law/Business Course and passed the Bar Examination
* Experience with business laws and regulations around finance, economics, employment and human resources, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.
* Preferably with at least 3-5 years of working experience in legal practice.
* Has advance knowledge in Labour and Business Law
* Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT)
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Must be keen to details and highly analytically.
* Must be excellent computer skills on MS office.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
* Leadership skills
* Highly organised
* Attention to detail.
* Strong presentation skills of data analytic
* Team Player
* CAN START ASAP and willing to work at Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
