Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for the Multinational Medical Device Principle Company. Our respected client is seeking a Corporate Private Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


  • Develop solid partnerships with Sales Channel Partners (SCPs) and end-users, such as key personnel in hospitals, to position the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Regularly assess SCPs' performance, breaking down results by area, Key Accounts, and hospital types (Government vs Private), and create action plans to boost sales revenue.
  • Monitor funnel development both internally and externally, including SCPs via Partner sales exchange, and track the conversion of opportunities into orders.
  • Build and implement key account plans, detailing business potential, contact lists, competition analysis, value propositions, and action plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key account decision-makers, identifying and creating business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal resources, such as Sales and Service Managers, to secure product or solution-specific opportunities.
  • Identify and target Channels/Distributors aligned with the company's internal procedures (e.g., SCPRA) to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, safety standards, regulatory changes, competitive strategies, and product technologies, and communicate this information effectively.
  • Contribute insights for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long-term business plan (LTBP).


  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in the healthcare or medical equipment industry. Experience with Sales Channel Partners (SCPs)
  • Strong connections with Private Hospital.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and implement key account plans.
