A leading high end private equity firm requires an experienced corporate receptionist to cover the holiday period on their busy front of house reception desk from Thursday 22nd July until the 10th September

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing a busy online switchboard
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Setting up Zoom and Teams meetings
  • Assisting with administration
  • Providing a five star service and keeping the reception area and meeting rooms in excellent condition

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential
  • Experience of using a switchboard and booking meeting rooms
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Happy to muck in where required and a team player
  • Flexible and happy to work different shifts between 8am and 7pm daily.
