A leading high end private equity firm requires an experienced corporate receptionist to cover the holiday period on their busy front of house reception desk from 1st September for 4- 6 weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing a busy online switchboard
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Setting up Zoom and Teams meetings
  • Assisting with administration
  • Providing a five star service and keeping the reception area and meeting rooms in excellent condition

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential
  • Experience of using a switchboard and booking meeting rooms
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • Happy to muck in where required and a team player
