A leading private equity firm requires an experienced receptionist to cover their busy front of house area for two weeks in December, with future bookings coming up. This is an all encompassing and varied role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Managing an online switchboard
  • Managing multiple meeting room bookings using system
  • Setting up videoconferences
  • Assisting with administration


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential
  • Proactive and able to use initiative when required
  • Previous experience using switchboards
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Flexibility to work different shift patterns
