Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator - City £29-31K

Are you looking for an amazing opportunity to work in a busy, dynamic reception area as sole support and provide a five star welcome to visitors, staff and clients in this super not for profit, based in the City, who are a very well respected international organisation.

Based five days onsite from 8.30am - 4.30pm , you will work in a wonderful company who have a great team feel and are really career committed.

This exciting role reports in to the senior EA who is looking for a candidate who relishes reception and admin and is happy to be based as sole front of house, creating that excellent first impression for guests and delivering outstanding customer service with sparkle and enthusiasm!

You will coordinate front-desk activities including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, maintaining office supplies and making sure meeting rooms are fit for purpose when not in use.

The role will also involve supporting office administration as well as collaborating with the EA to the CEO in keeping the office environment maintained to an excellent standard.

Key responsibilities:

* Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression to visitors
* Ensuring the reception area is always kept tidy and presentable
* With a professional and friendly attitude, answering/redirecting calls and emails, including responding to basic enquiries when possible
* Ensuring that the 7, busy meeting rooms are maintained throughout the day, being kept neat and fit for purpose when they are not in use
* Sorting and mailing incoming/outgoing post, including special deliveries and courier services
* Assist the EA to the CEO in reviewing our catering and office supplies vendors each year, ensuring we are getting competitive prices and a high standard of service
* Coordinating any external room bookings that take place, including ordering and laying out lunches, assisting with connecting the AV when necessary, ensuring an excellent all-round experience and administering the invoices
* Managing our room booking system, ensuring that all meetings are booked correctly

Office Administration

* Manage the office environment, reporting issues to building management and if necessary, booking contractors to make repairs where necessary.
* Co-ordinate with IT regarding issuing building passes to new starters and replacement passes to staff. Collect in passes when staff leave so they can be wiped and re-used.
* Upkeeping the staff telephone list, and our reception electronic sign in pad with starters and leavers
* Collaborating with the EA to the CEO and our various vendors to maintain the office environment to an excellent standard

The role is fast paced and you are a true lynch pin in the office and a natural ambassador, providing that superb welcome and assisting with a variety of office admin tasks.

We are looking for a proactive and switched on candidate who is used to ordering office supplies and replenishing stationery and has a really good eye for detail and is happy to restock supplies etc.
