Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruitment Specialist with extensive experience Managerial hiring. The company is based in Alabang, Monday-Friday, onsite setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of hiring managerial roles.
• Analyzes jobs and suggests recruitment plans & strategies with input from hiring managers and Corporate HROD Manager.
• Handles corporate job board postings (Website, Facebook Page, JobStreet, Indeed, BestJobs, Mynimo, LinkedIn, etc.) for new job requests.
• Tracks and maintains Corporate Recruitment reports, including hiring updates, bi-monthly reports, monthly hiring summaries, new hire introductions, and attrition reports.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Exposed in managerial to executive hiring.
• Experience in manufacturing companies.
• Demonstrated ability in people management.
• Proficiency in reporting.
