- A Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing key customer accounts within the smartphone industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Previous experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Develop and execute strategic plans and annual sales goals in collaboration with local distributors to drive sales IN/Thru/OUT and implement promotional activities.
- Lead and manage a local promoter team, ensuring effective product promotion and sales support.
- Create comprehensive channel plans for regional markets, aligning them with marketing strategies and overall business plans.
- Prepare and submit sales plans in accordance with the company's overall sales objectives, overseeing their implementation and ensuring successful completion of sales targets.
- Formulate sales and marketing policies to drive product promotion and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Develop and implement customer development and maintenance plans for the region, actively monitoring their progress and effectiveness.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer trends and preferences, providing guidance to customers on market promotion and sales strategy adjustments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise promptly and effectively.
