Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of leading global provider of advanced telecommunications equipment and technology solutions. Our respected client is seeking a professional for Head of Sales. The job is based in Jakarta.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing key customer accounts within the smartphone industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Previous experience in a multinational company is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and annual sales goals in collaboration with local distributors to drive sales IN/Thru/OUT and implement promotional activities.
  • Lead and manage a local promoter team, ensuring effective product promotion and sales support.
  • Create comprehensive channel plans for regional markets, aligning them with marketing strategies and overall business plans.
  • Prepare and submit sales plans in accordance with the company's overall sales objectives, overseeing their implementation and ensuring successful completion of sales targets.
  • Formulate sales and marketing policies to drive product promotion and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement customer development and maintenance plans for the region, actively monitoring their progress and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer trends and preferences, providing guidance to customers on market promotion and sales strategy adjustments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise promptly and effectively.
