Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of an EdTech company to be based in Jakarta. Our respected client is seeking a highly competent candidate as a Country Director. The ideal candidate will be someone with substantial exposure to the complete business overview, from marketing, sales, operations, P&L, and the entire business line growth.
Job Descriptions:
- Strategically plan an escalating go-to-market strategy through multiple programs to reach the target given
- Create awareness, education, and advocacy of the company's product to the right target users in the market
- Maintain and oversees P/L of the entire business line
- Boost the business adoption in the country by defining the localizations strategies
- Led the sales function and will be responsible to sell the whole business line through planning the sales strategy, and developing the sales team to meet the business objectives
- Develop new business pipelines through customer growth and channels
Job Qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of experience in and/or sales, marketing, general operations and understanding P/L management, preferably in EdTech, Internet (Entertainment/Content-based app), or similar companies
- Has prior exposure in developing and executing massive business plans from market research, managing P&L, through business helicopter view in the local country market
- Solid business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to build vast networks across channels and deliver the message to get an effective result to the right target market
- Strong collaborator as a leader and able to engage with diverse stakeholders in driving clarity
