Our highly respected client is seeking a Country Manager with at least 5 years' experience in Forex Trading industry.

Overall:

Country Manager will need to take a company from 0 to 1 in the said market. Our client currently has very large and profitable operations in China and Australia, but the Asian team will be treated like a blank-page start-up with full support and versatility given to the executives of the team with full financial backing from the parent company.

Job Requirements:

• Must have fluency in Chinese or English on top of their native language.
• 3+ Years' experience in IB sales.
• Some experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience in building sales teams at a successful CFD company operating in the region.
• Experience in ongoing recruitment and training of sales staff.
• Have existing IB resources or sales teams that they can bring into the company.
• Can bring forth a strategy of how the company can expand its IB networks in the said market.
