International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an Singaporean interior design firm.

Our client is seeking for a Country Manager with strong experience in managing the company operation & responsible for building up strategy for the company development.

You will be responsible for leading Vietnam team, setting up office in VN, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead and manage the Vietnamese team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new business partnerships.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the related industry.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the strong management skills (including financial management, project management & operation management).
  • Experience in managing teams and building strong client relationships.
  • Good English skills.
