Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company. Our respected client is looking for a highly enthusiastic and result-driven Merchandising professional who has at least 6 years of solid experience in Retail Industry to join their company as the Country Merchandising Manager for Footwear category. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adopt and edit the Geo Edited Offer to best suit the needs of the Indonesia marketplace obsessing the niche-specific footwear consumer.
  • Expertise in consumer culture, trend, and pulse by leveraging social media, marketplace travel, Media platforms, and partner with regional teams to share learnings.
  • Inform planning on product strength to derive forecasting accuracy and allocations for Indonesia by focusing on launch intent, demand-served percent, and sell-through.
  • Communicate product shifts from Geo to the account and cross-functionally within the territory.
  • Build assortment sell-in tools to provide accounts with critical product information.
  • Co-lead presenting the assortment strategies and product to the accounts to land the seasonal goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in the following functions: Merchandising or Category Management and Account Management.
  • Strong Product Merchandising & strong Business Acumen
  • Solid understanding in Retail Math, Culture, trend, Consumer Expertise
  • Good knowledge of Marketplace insights, assortment strategies, Serving members O2O (online to offline/offline to online) & in-season business management
