- Be in charge of the total business in the country;
- Establish and implement business strategies to promote the growth and prosperity of the company;
- Organize and coordinate operations to complete activities of the organization and to meet customer satisfaction;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients then focus on developing; clients, search for potential clients and increase new business;
- Collect, analyze and clarify both external and internal data to reorganize the business to ensure an advance in market share and report to senior management;
- On behalf of the company to participate in events, conferences, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management or a related domain;
- 5+ years of experience in management position;
- Proficiency in verbal and written English;
- Have good skills in data analysis and research methods;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
