International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Global trading & distribution of machine company in Vietnam. Our client is seeking for a Country Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of the total business in the country;
  • Establish and implement business strategies to promote the growth and prosperity of the company;
  • Organize and coordinate operations to complete activities of the organization and to meet customer satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients then focus on developing; clients, search for potential clients and increase new business;
  • Collect, analyze and clarify both external and internal data to reorganize the business to ensure an advance in market share and report to senior management;
  • On behalf of the company to participate in events, conferences, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Management or a related domain;
  • 5+ years of experience in management position;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English;
  • Have good skills in data analysis and research methods;
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
