Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Solutions company in Indonesia. They are currently looking for a Country Sales Manager to drive the sales in Indonesia.
- Have 6-12 years of B2B direct selling experience in Enterprise Business application or Digital Solutions [No Hardware/ICT solutions]
- Experienced in BFSI sector, preferably someone with regional experience selling to BFSI companies
- Passionate in sales role as individual contributor
- Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations
- Fluent with English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of verticals, buying cycles, and competition
- Great understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations
- Drive the national revenue
- Coordinate/plan prospecting goals and strategy
- Manage business planning and related strategies for relevant markets.
- Develop new business through extensive sales skills.
- Identify target markets and execute sales strategy.
- Responsible to qualify prospects, understand pain areas, and manage sales process to closure.
- Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies.
- Manage sales demos and coordinate status meetings as needed.
- Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Report regularly on sales progress
- Develop and deliver sales presentations on behalf of the company
- Understand and clearly articulate company's value proposition.
