As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a Country Sales Manager position. The job is based in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
- You will be responsible for generating business growth and expansion.
- Establishing long-term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
- Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organizational culture in line with the company's values.
- Hiring and coaching local teams towards high performance and engagement.
- Representing the Company with clients, local stakeholders and business partners.
- Managing a team of 5-8 people.
- At least 5-10 years solid sales experience in the IT Infrastructure
- A wide network of clients and partners in the Government bodies, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Education industry
- Cisco gold partner experience and network is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Sciences, or higher
- 5 years of leadership and management experience
- Mentally prepared to take the new challenge to lead the team.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese language.
