The Credit Control role is based in a dynamic and fast paced environment and will require liaising with all levels of management and significant external stakeholder communication.
- Salary: £30K-£35K
- Hybrid working, 3 days office based
- Flexible start and finish times within a working window of 8-6pm
- FTC 9 months
- Location: central London, just a few minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station
Key Responsibilities:
* Working with the Billing Co-ordinators to ensure client accounts are up to date and reconciliations are in line with expectations
* Taking payments via online portal- Stripe
* Arranging payment proposals for aged debt and ensuring they are complied with
* Suspending/ escalating clients to the Client Debt Manager when necessary
* Sending invoices to clients as part of the debt collection process
* Assisting the Client Debt Manager with regular reporting
* Communicate regular updates to the Operations team
* Flagging any data inaccuracies to the Billing Supervisor
* Assisting to produce policies and procedure manuals
* Acting as cover for other members of the team if required
Knowledge and Experience
2 years or more Credit Controller experience
* Previous experience in a volume driven receivables function
* Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel
* Knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce (desirable)
* Commercial acumen and be capable of thinking in big picture terms
* Experience of working in large multi site organisations
