Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with the management team regarding the latest SOPs, the latest changes to regulations, system updates, and other matters related to operations
• Undertake SOPs with the Risk committee regarding the new Policy and conduct outreach to Vendors, Internal CAs, and other Divisions
• Monitor , report on every problem, and solve the problem related to Credit Risk
• Monitoring and reporting on performance (both in terms of quality, productivity, KPI and others)
• Doing a reminder / refreshment of existing policies
• Coordinate with 3rd Parties (verification vendors, telephone vendors, and other vendors (Dukcapil, Pefindo, and SLIK)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Good communication and critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge in risk management
• Experience in Peer risk management (personal loans, banks, P2P, etc.) is preferred
• Good team management capabilities, could manage 10-50 people is an advantage
