International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international bank company.

Our client, a leading provider of fully-integrated logistics, industrial estates development, utilities and power, and property solutions in Thailand, is seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Development Manager to lead customer engagement and retention efforts in Hanoi, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development for the B2B channel, preferably in industrial real estate companies or related fields. The candidate must also be proficient in Korean and English and able to work in Hanoi.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Development Manager for WHA Group's industrial real estate sector in Hanoi, Vietnam, the primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product development and customer experience improvements, and working with cross-functional teams to drive targeted messaging and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer development strategies to increase customer engagement and retention in the industrial real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product development and customer experience improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and serve as their advocate within the company.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to customer development and engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development for the B2B channel.
  • Preferably have experience in industrial real estate companies or related fields.
  • Good proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret customer data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
