Customer Insight Analyst

A fantastic company within the retail sector are currently looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst to join their growing Digital team.
Role:
- Contribute to the development of a digital customer-level analytics framework
- Execute and manage deeper-dive analytics in line with agreed time frames and deadlines
- Develop and manage methods of analysing customer data, including measurement strategies
- Presenting data and findings from costumer analytics to functional leadership and stakeholders
- Work with analytical leads across the global markets
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience with rational databases and large datasets
- Ideally experience of using Dashboard
- Experience within agile testing and workstreams
- Demonstrated experience of being able to communicate and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Firm understanding of digital landscapes within retail, hospitality, or leisure
- Has natural curiosity, and is able to build good relationships
