Our client is seeking for a Sales Leader (Korean) who has strong experience in Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential opportunities & approach customers to confirm needs
- Identify customer problems and propose appropriate solution.
- Prepare technical solutions and propose for customers
- Negotiate with customers to close contracts and monitor contract progress
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Discover additional/new demands of existing customers and find solutions to meet their additional needs or requirements.
- Coordinate with related parties to handle customer issues/complaints.
- Manage, negotiate and renew contracts upon expiration
- Survey industrial zones, EOM network and build good relationship with Industrial Parks Management Board, EOM
- Set up and update market database in managed area (customers, competitors, EOM, …)
- Build business plans with Project customers and regular customers.
- Perform other assigned support and supervision tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Korean nationality
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Good English skills. Vietnamese skills is a plus.
