Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, a renowned executive search firm, is currently representing a dynamic multilevel-marketing company in their search for a HR Generalist (Training and Compliance). The position is based in BGC, Taguig City. Work setup is from Monday to Friday, Onsite arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate members on the company's ethical business practices and expectations.
• Monitor, research, and investigate cases related to advertisements, Ethical Violations, and Sales & Marketing Plan breaches.
• Address distributor's queries and provide accurate information in line with the Company's Rules of Conduct.
• Handle letter correspondence, email communication, and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform general filing and clerical duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• at least 2 year of relevant experience
• Extensive experience in communicating with members/employees & clients.
• Willing to travel locally/internationally.
• Amenable to work onsite
• Willing to work on Monday - Friday
