Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, a renowned executive search firm, is currently representing a dynamic multilevel-marketing company in their search for a HR Generalist (Training and Compliance). The position is based in BGC, Taguig City. Work setup is from Monday to Friday, Onsite arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate members on the company's ethical business practices and expectations.
- Monitor, research, and investigate cases related to advertisements, Ethical Violations, and Sales & Marketing Plan breaches.
- Address distributor's queries and provide accurate information in line with the Company's Rules of Conduct.
- Handle letter correspondence, email communication, and telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform general filing and clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- at least 2 year of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in communicating with members/employees & clients.
- Willing to travel locally/internationally.
- Amenable to work onsite
- Willing to work on Monday - Friday
