Our client, the company commits to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service, is seeking for Customer Service Representative. The working location is 1 hour travel from Ho Chi Minh City with shuttle bus provided.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be part of a dynamic team and able to deliver the best customer service to company's B2B client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order processing & management
- Manage the accuracy of data and input into system
- Arrange the shipment to customer
- Maintain service, relationship with customer
- Follow up customer's payment status
- Handle customer's complaints/inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service/Merchandiser/Purchaser positions in Garment/Textile industry is preferable
- Working experience at multinational companies is preferable
- Good language skills in listening, speaking, writing, reading for both English & Chinese is a must
- Good problem- solving skill
- Good communication/negotiation skill
- Customer Service mindset
- Proactive, dynamic, integrity, careful, teamwork
- Able to work under high pressure
