Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international certification body, who is on a mission to shape the future of training and certification because they strongly believe that there is easier, simpler and better way to train people around the world. Our distinguished client is currently seeking for a Customer Service Specialist (Bahasa Melayu & English) with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support existing and potential clients by responding to queries.
  • Provide accurate and pertinent information as and when needed.
  • Promptly respond to questions and disseminate pertinent information, support potential and current partners.
  • Support internal procedures by continuously improving one's own work and offering assistance to other team members as required.
  • Support marketing and business development efforts on all territories.
  • Deliver training materials to training partners in a secure format.
  • Manage the partners' and clients' content delivery system.
  • Handle tickets, help centre, and online chat.
  • Provide internal personnel with IT helpdesk.
  • Contribute to Service Management System establishment, documentation, implementation and maintenance;
  • Contribute to Company's compliance management systems.

Job requirements:

  • Possesses at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure, quickly grasp new ideas, think outside the box, and follow up in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good business acumen, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Work well independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
