Customer Service Supervisor, (Logistics), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a MNC Freight Forwarding company. Our prestigious client is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor with at least 5 years of working experience, to fulfil the role of Customer Service Supervisor. The job will be based in Klang.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities on a daily basis and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
  • Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations
  • Playing a collaborative role in growing and implementing standards and processes, maintaining documentation such as correspondence and operational records, and communicate promotional offers to customers
  • Support Operations & Sales departments coordination in the execution of the service delivery
  • Oversee and work together as a team with all customer service staff on duties where required
  • Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
  • Clarify, investigate, and resolve complaints and feedbacks of customers in a courteous, professional, effective and timely manner at all times
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining these to staff and customers
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
  • Performing additional duties where needed

Job Requirements

  • Posses a discipline in Logistics or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of working experience in a similar field
  • Must be familiar with air and ocean freight
  • A strong team player with ability to work in fast-paced working environment
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
