International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational auto parts & accessories manufacturer.

Our client, the company is well recognized in their field of expertise, is seeking an experienced Sales professionals with 3-5 years working in the Automotive sector for Customer Success Manager position. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, he/she will manage large portfolio of accounts who are distributors & key end-users to achieve the business goals for the most valuable segment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business goals in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for activities with distributors: maintain good relationship with existing dealers; managing & supporting them to achieve the sales objective including sales target, stock checking, purchase ordering; doing business review; training technical & sales skills to dealers' team; handling claims; etc
  • Responsible for activities with end users: doing regular visiting to end users to maximize products share by technical recommendation & advice, performance/field studies, basic technical training.
  • Review, explain and answer inquiries concerning company policy on terms such as credit, payment, warranty, service, transportation charges…

Job Requirements:

  • Technical/Engineering background is a must (mechanical, automotive are preferable)
  • At least 3-5 years sales experience for auto parts & accessories products
  • Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
  • Good analytical & presentation skills, hard-working.
  • Willing to travel for business trips.
