Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a client, top global player in the cloud space, in looking for a Customer Success Manager. It is an individual contributor role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates value to the customer and identifies additional opportunities for adoption.
- Activates early renewal conversations, drives upsell and works with renewal team to ensure execution of the renewal process
- Possess technical knowledge to drive adoption.
- Conduct trainings or workshops with customers.
- Execute customer success plan to drive adoption post-deployment
- Build and execute retention and expansion plays
Job Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, customer success, and/or technology consulting.
- Technical understanding of OpenShift, Containers, or equivalent.
- Experience in Integration Modernization solution such as Kafka, MQ, Rest API, etc.
- Can manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
