Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Health Division is recruiting on behalf of a well-known dental clinic with locations across Malaysia. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing affordable and quality dental treatments to patients. As the Person-In-Charge, managing the daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to clinical work, recruiting, financial reporting, stocking, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the founder to develop and implement the clinic's vision and strategy.
• Provide quality dental care to patients.
• Recruit and manage the dental team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in dental care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws related to dental care.

Secondary responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Oversee the stocking and inventory of supplies.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution, with valid APC.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dentist, experience working in private settings preferred.
• Experience with orthodontics and implant cases preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving business goals.
