Job Responsibilities:
- Manage production workload, operation timeline, and resources. Aware of the order volume to allocate work.
- Deliver final quality results that are under budget and on time.
- Accountable for productivity and control product quality.
- Analyze new tools and technologies that increase the volume of production automation.
- Involve in performance evaluation, resolving employee's grievances, and resignation.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in managing marketing production, graphic projects, video, or 3D.
- Good command of English.
- Good resource management skills and decision-making skills.
- Background in Graphic design and video editing
- Strong people management experience, play an empathetic leader role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
