Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading Nutritionprovider company, for the position of Digital Brand Manager(Consumer Health) based in Bangkok.

The Digital Brand Manager(Consumer Health) will develop the digital marketing strategy for Consumer Care platforms including Digital Tools, CRM, key brands, products, projects, and strategic objectives in the business plan to increase brand competitiveness and market shares.

Job Responsibilities

  • Digital Brand Manager based in Bangkok.
  • Ensures that the brand essence covers every product experience and meets or exceeds consumers' expectations, especially digital assets for digital channels.
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies that create a clear product positioning, especially in e-Commerce.
  • Perform gap analysis of the digital marketing strategy for Consumer Care platforms including Digital Tools, CRM, key brands, products, projects, and strategic objectives in coordination with regional/global.
  • Contributes to the project management to bring the pipelines to life.
  • Develop digital analysis tools performance including google analytics, YouTube and Facebook Analytics, website, and search KPI, CRM, and eCommerce analytics tools to ensure successful marketing and brand plans.
  • Work with global and regional teams to launch digital campaigns and utilize new digital tools.
  • Maximize business value, especially in digital assets for digital channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce is preferred.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of Consumer care nutrition/pharmaceutical brands, especially in the digital aspect.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing (may include some experience in other related functions like sales at FMCG / cosmetics relatable to the Healthcare business).
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing business strategies aimed at increasing brand competitiveness for products in the digital aspect.
  • Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Thai language.
