Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a reputable medical testing services. They are seeking for a Marketing Officer who will work with the Head of Sales and Marketing and the operations to plan, develop and implement all aspects of the company's digital marketing strategy to reach more people, raise more brand awareness, and build stronger relationships with our audiences. The job is based in Pasay City.

JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Website: Ensuring content is up to date; has a consistent tone of voice; user journey is clear.
* Content: Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand
guidelines. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of company
* Social Media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, IG and Linkedin
and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
* Advertising: Coordinating Pay-Per-Click advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and
amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance and brand presence. In addition, you
will maintain our presence on third party sites, keeping all messaging current.
* Email Marketing: Plan and manage a regular schedule of email marketing activity, growing our
client base and creating engaging, relevant content to optimize results.
* Graphic Designs: Creating a wide range of graphics and designs for various print and digital
collateral.
* Print: To coordinate the printing and production of our collaterals, leaflets and other materials
including writing and proofing. Organizing occasional print adverts and collaboration with
partners.
* Brand Guidelines: To implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
* Reporting: Monitor, report and analyze results to improve performance so that amendments and
improvements can be made where appropriate.
* Other: Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
* Other adhoc matters as and when required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Educated to the degree level in marketing or similar
* Has at least 3-5 year of relevant experience in Digital Marketing
* Ability to multi-teask and prioritize tasks
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Proof reading and editorial skills with a good eye for detail
* Strong analytical and ICT skills
* Can work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
* Must be proactive and self-starter
* Exhibits professional discretion
* Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
* Knowledge of effective social media techniques
* Knowledge of web design and development
* Exhibits professional discretion
* Must have a ready database
