Job Responsibilities:
- Work together to create and clarify business requirements with the development scrum team and business stakeholders.
- Establish the vision and specifications for products and services based on consumer demands and business goals.
- Responsibilities include leading project initiation and discovery efforts.
- Lead agile delivery teams to prioritize backlog items, assist in developing user stories, make sure the team is aware of the product backlog, take ownership of the product roadmap on behalf of business stakeholders, and prepare for sprints in collaboration with the scrum master for these sprints.

- Regularly communicate with technical developers and programmers to comprehend technical consequences, set development priorities, and decide on technical direction.
- Establish a strategic approach to product development by cooperating closely with business stakeholders (such as product managers, risk managers, compliance officers, lawyers, and financiers) to comprehend business imperatives, rules of engagement, and expectations.
- Responsibilities include continual stakeholder involvement to ensure that all project scope choices are comprehended and accepted and that all stakeholders' needs are addressed.
- Take responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance issues to guarantee that services meet customers' needs and display continual progress.
- Develop defined learning objectives to guarantee the necessary tagging and analytics coverage is reached to inform decisions about the product roadmap and priorities and identify hypotheses to validate customer problems.
- Constantly look for new, innovative ideas and technology to include in the delivery of the project and effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
- Actively involved in driving continuous improvement activities for the scrum team.
- Accountable for ensuring that all work results delivered by the scrum team are of a high standard.
Job Requirements:
- Agile Product Owner certification from a higher institution in the industry is highly desired.
- Alternatives such as similar work experience.
- Demonstrated expertise and track record of successfully completing projects.
- Previous job experience as a Digital Product Owner in an Agile delivery setting.
- A track record of handling ambiguous circumstances.

- Proven track record of coordinating with technical development teams and business stakeholders to provide digital goods and services.
