Our client is seeking for a Digital Transformation Manager with strong experience in implementing business applications for Commercial portfolio (Sales, Marketing).
Job Responsibilities:
- This role will be the owner of the Commercial portfolio under Technology & Analytics and contribute to transform Sales, Marketing, and RTM functions.
- Responsible for implementation of business applications, support existing business applications & embed business SOPs for Commercial processes in relevant systems (Bizom) and ensuring that all business information needs of the organization are effectively serviced in a uniform manner.
- Candidates have IT background is a big advantage
- Candidates have experience implementation of business applications, support existing business applications & embed business SOPs for Commercial processes is preferrable.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven 6-7 years of domain experience in management level at multinational FMCG companies.
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team (Sales, RTM and Marketing)
- Stakeholder management and adept negotiation skills
- Basic tech knowledge preferred (SQL, APIs, tech layers, etc.)
- Previous experience in Implementing sales force automation technology is preferred
- Good command of English
