Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an established education institution in looking for a Sales Director:

Working arrangement: 100% WFO

Job Description:

  • Collaborating with the academic team to enhance the quality and quantity of educational offerings, fostering increased community interest in design education at client's company.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to drive educational and business initiatives for the client, aligning with predefined objectives.
  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with new external partners to meet client's development needs in business and academia.
  • Fulfilling additional tasks and duties as required by the Employer.
  • Monitoring progress reports from units under their authority.
  • Planning and implementing development concepts for the client's business line, focusing on achieving set targets and/or other Employer-defined goals.
  • Ensure compliance with current DIKTI policies.


  • A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong skills in innovation sales.
  • Target driven.
  • At least 5 years of experience in academic management and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of DIKTI policies and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and lead faculty meetings, orientations, trainings, and workshops.
  • Strong budgeting and resource planning skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest instructional technology and techniques.
  • Ability to develop unique and interactive educational programs and courses for students.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with college staff, faculty, and the leadership team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support teacher professional development.
