Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an ultimate entertainment destination and leisure facility in Phuket, Thailand. The company provides various types of entertainment, events, shops to all local and international customers in Thailand

The position will be responsible for overall events and sales management throughout the property.

Job Responsibilities

• Toconceptualize events and entertainment throughout the property
  • Nightly entertainment
  • Weekly larger events
  • Monthly signature events
  • Festivals and other, similar events
  • To create an annual plan of events and entertainment.
• To develop rolling detailed 3 monthly plans of events and entertainment.
• For each event:
  • Develop a detailed brief.
  • Prepare a budget profit and loss account.
  • Work with marketing department to prepare all collaterals and effectively promote the event to the targeted demographic.
  • Plan every detail of the event.
  • Effectively execute the event.
  • Manage and monitor the profitability of each event.
• Manage the Arena on a nightly basis.
• Co-ordinate with event organizers when the property is hosting large events and festivals.
• Manage the event team to ensure excellent quality of execution.
• Identifying sponsorship opportunities for specific events and throughout the property.

Job Requirements

• You should have senior management experience in organizations that develop and manage a range of events.
• Thailand experience preferred but will consider candidates with experience throughout Asia.
• Motivated to create the ultimate entertainment destination in Phuket.
• Very organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent management skills.
• Can work well and cohesively with other departments.
• Passionate about their work.
• Strong work ethic and able be flexible with work hours.
• Strong presentation skills.
