Executive Assistant - Private Equity - 12 month contract - West End - £45K

We have a super role for an EA that is happy to provide expert cover and can work for 12 months from October 2022 in a fixed term contract capacity. 4 days onsite and 1 day from home.

You will support a great team and be really flexible to be hands on and have excellent diary management, travel arranging and be a really warm and capable EA who is happy to muck in. Duties are varied and may involve jumping on reception to cover and of course utilising your exceptional organisational skills.

The role is 4 days onsite and 1 remote and the company are a boutique private equity house and are looking for ideally a candidate from a similar background or indeed sharp end finance/investment banking, but this is by no means essential. More important are evidence of supporting a busy team, excellent organisational and travel arranging/visa and diary management skills, coupled with a super personality!

Hours are 8.30-5.30 or 8.00 - 5.00pm and you will be happy to support a busy team of investment professionals (around 5) who are career committed and join a really super team of EA's.
