EA to Deal Team - West End - £50K-£55K - 5 days in office
We have a super role for a candidate who is happy to support a busy deal team in a superb investment house in the West End.
If you are happy with extensive diary management, complex travel arrangements and powerpoint and all the usual admin duties associated with supporting a dynamic team, then apply today.
We are looking for candidates who have a keen eye for detail and ideally will come from a private equity, asset management or hedge fund environment and are used to sharp end finance.
The EA team are delightful and the hours are 9.00 - 5.30 onsite 5 days a week. You will receive a wonderful benefits package and its a really supportive environment.

We are looking for a career committed, capable EA who is happy to support the team and report to the Office Manager.
The role is supporting a team of 8 ranging from Director to Associate and we are seeking a strong team player who will help out others at the drop of a hat.
Arrange and schedule extensive internal and external meetings, often complex and time critical
Keep abreast of constantly changing busy diaries
Proactively manage potential conflicts to ensure seamless coordination
Set up of conference calls and AV
Ensuring meeting rooms are adequately catered for using online booking system and liaising with in-house catering staff
Collate and distribute documents prior to meetings ensuring all necessary documentation is current
Booking external lunches and dinners ensuring appropriate business standards are met
Arrange all aspects of travel including car transfers, flights and hotel bookings using dedicated Travel Management Company
Assist with travel for non-staff members as and when required
Arrange for visas and other travel related documents when required
Expenses to be completed using Expense Management System
Attend to queries on accounts/expenses when appropriate or directs to relevant person(s) as and when required
Email and Inbox Management
Manage email accounts effectively and appropriately using appropriate level of cadence
Deal with correspondence and emails quickly and efficiently where appropriate and to a high standard
CRM Relationship Management
Ensure that all business contacts are actively and accurately entered into the CRM system
Proactively track meetings where necessary
Maintain an efficient email filing system
Proactively manage projects for allocated team, thinking about the big picture and contingencies
Prioritise tasks on their importance and urgency, completing the most urgent tasks in order to meet the expectations of allocated team members
Able to project manage effectively (e.g. events)
Cover absence for other EAs
Help look after extra deal team members when colleagues out of the office
Good ability to manage changing workload as and when covered needed
Skills and Experience
Experienced EA, within a busy, service-driven environment
Proactive, problem solving and adaptable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills
Team player, able to build effective working relationships
Dependable and discreet
Ability to deliver high quality work, on time, each time
Proficient with all Microsoft office packages, Salesforce and Concur experience advantageous but not essential
